The bright side of LARYNGITUS

There are a few good things about loosing my voice.
1. I am realizing i may talk too much in general...about nonsense...to everyone i see....all the time....
Its good to learn how to choose my words carefully..to learn to listen again.
2. Baby Einstein's sign language video is really coming in handy.
3. I can sing REALLY LOW right now, but can barely talk. Im supposed to sing background with Andy Osenga tomorrow and sing a high part...so maybe i will instead sing lower than him...(just kidding OSENGA's if you read this)
4. I pray more...and think more....or think about praying more...or pray what im thinking...or....
5. That's all the good i can think of tonight....i want my voice back tomorrow!!!!! ARRRRGH!

Well, I actually ENJOY when you speak. So, I'm not a fan of this laryngitus thing. However, I did think it was fun to read your words on a napkin and try saying it like you would. ;)
Seriously, I do hope you get better quickly. I know you want to sing tomorrow...I hope you can.
Oh the joy of eating out with our boys. It's not how it use to be, huh?! It's better. Love you!

Aw, I hope it comes back too! Your voice shouldn't be withheld from the world for too long, we all might go into withdrawal. But i know what you mean! I've actually had similar experiences of learning a lot when God has briefly taken my voice away. It's great to be given the opportunity to evaluate how we use the gifts and functions that He gives us! much love!
